And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ. |

| gala umaV epotisa kai ou brwma oupw gar hdunasqe all oute eti nun dunasqe
I have fed you with milk, and not with meat: for hitherto ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able |

| eti gar sarkikoi este opou gar en umin zhloV kai eriV kai dicostasiai ouci sarkikoi este kai kata anqrwpon peripateite
For ye are yet carnal: for whereas there is among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are ye not carnal, and walk as men ? |

| otan gar legh tiV egw men eimi paulou eteroV de egw apollw ouci sarkikoi este
For while one saith I am of Paul; and another, I am of Apollos; are ye not carnal ? |
|
| tiV oun estin pauloV tiV de apollwV all h diakonoi di wn episteusate kai ekastw wV o kurioV edwken
Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed even as the Lord gave to every man ? |
|
| egw efuteusa apollwV epotisen all o qeoV huxanen
I have planted Apollos watered but God gave the increase |
|
| wste oute o futeuwn estin ti oute o potizwn all o auxanwn qeoV
So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth but God that giveth the increase |
|
| o futeuwn de kai o potizwn en eisin ekastoV de ton idion misqon lhyetai kata ton idion kopon
Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one: and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. |
|
| qeou gar esmen sunergoi qeou gewrgion qeou oikodomh este
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building. |
|
| kata thn carin tou qeou thn doqeisan moi wV sofoV arcitektwn qemelion teqeika alloV de epoikodomei ekastoV de blepetw pwV epoikodomei
According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon. |

| qemelion gar allon oudeiV dunatai qeinai para ton keimenon oV estin ihsouV o cristoV
For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid which is Jesus Christ. |
|
| ei de tiV epoikodomei epi ton qemelion touton cruson arguron liqouV timiouV xula corton kalamhn
Now if any man build upon this foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; |
|
| ekastou to ergon faneron genhsetai h gar hmera dhlwsei oti en puri apokaluptetai kai ekastou to ergon opoion estin to pur dokimasei
Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the day shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by fire; and the fire shall try every man's work of what sort it is |

| ei tinoV to ergon menei o epwkodomhsen misqon lhyetai
If any man's work abide which he hath built thereupon, he shall receive a reward. |
|
| ei tinoV to ergon katakahsetai zhmiwqhsetai autoV de swqhsetai outwV de wV dia puroV
If any man's work shall be burned he shall suffer loss but he himself shall be saved yet so as by fire. |
|
| ouk oidate oti naoV qeou este kai to pneuma tou qeou oikei en umin
Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you ? |
|
| ei tiV ton naon tou qeou fqeirei fqerei touton o qeoV o gar naoV tou qeou agioV estin oitineV este umeiV
If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are |
|
| mhdeiV eauton exapatatw ei tiV dokei sofoV einai en umin en tw aiwni toutw mwroV genesqw ina genhtai sofoV
Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise. |
|
| h gar sofia tou kosmou toutou mwria para tw qew estin gegraptai gar o drassomenoV touV sofouV en th panourgia autwn
For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written He taketh the wise in their own craftiness. |
|
| kai palin kurioV ginwskei touV dialogismouV twn sofwn oti eisin mataioi
And again, The Lord knoweth the thoughts of the wise, that they are vain. |
|
| wste mhdeiV kaucasqw en anqrwpoiV panta gar umwn estin
Therefore let no man glory in men. For all things are yours; |
|
| eite pauloV eite apollwV eite khfaV eite kosmoV eite zwh eite qanatoV eite enestwta eite mellonta panta umwn estin
Whether Paul, or Apollos, or Cephas, or the world, or life, or death, or things present or things to come all are yours; |
|
| umeiV de cristou cristoV de qeou
And ye are Christ's; and Christ is God's. |
