Let brotherly love continue

thV filoxeniaV mh epilanqanesqe dia tauthV gar elaqon tineV xenisanteV aggelouV

Be not forgetful to entertain strangers: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares

mimnhskesqe twn desmiwn wV sundedemenoi twn kakoucoumenwn wV kai autoi onteV en swmati

Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them and them which suffer adversity as being yourselves also in the body.

timioV o gamoV en pasin kai h koith amiantoV pornouV de kai moicouV krinei o qeoV

Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge

afilarguroV o tropoV arkoumenoi toiV parousin autoV gar eirhken ou mh se anw oud ou mh se egkatalipw

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have for he hath said I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

wste qarrountaV hmaV legein kurioV emoi bohqoV kai ou fobhqhsomai ti poihsei moi anqrwpoV

So that we may boldly say The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

mnhmoneuete twn hgoumenwn umwn oitineV elalhsan umin ton logon tou qeou wn anaqewrounteV thn ekbasin thV anastrofhV mimeisqe thn pistin

Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow considering the end of their conversation.

ihsouV cristoV cqeV kai shmeron o autoV kai eiV touV aiwnaV

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

didacaiV poikilaiV kai xenaiV mh periferesqe kalon gar cariti bebaiousqai thn kardian ou brwmasin en oiV ouk wfelhqhsan oi peripathsanteV

Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein .

ecomen qusiasthrion ex ou fagein ouk ecousin exousian oi th skhnh latreuonteV

We have an altar, whereof they have no right to eat which serve the tabernacle.

For the bodies of those beasts, whose blood is brought into the sanctuary by the high priest for sin, are burned without the camp.

dio kai ihsouV ina agiash dia tou idiou aimatoV ton laon exw thV pulhV epaqen

Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.

Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.

ou gar ecomen wde menousan polin alla thn mellousan epizhtoumen

For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come

By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.

thV de eupoiiaV kai koinwniaV mh epilanqanesqe toiautaiV gar qusiaiV euaresteitai o qeoV

But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased

peiqesqe toiV hgoumenoiV umwn kai upeikete autoi gar agrupnousin uper twn yucwn umwn wV logon apodwsonteV ina meta caraV touto poiwsin kai mh stenazonteV alusiteleV gar umin touto

Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief for that is unprofitable for you.

proseucesqe peri hmwn pepoiqamen gar oti kalhn suneidhsin ecomen en pasin kalwV qelonteV anastrefesqai

Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.

perissoterwV de parakalw touto poihsai ina tacion apokatastaqw umin

But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.

o de qeoV thV eirhnhV o anagagwn ek nekrwn ton poimena twn probatwn ton megan en aimati diaqhkhV aiwniou ton kurion hmwn ihsoun

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,

katartisai umaV en panti ergw agaqw eiV to poihsai to qelhma autou poiwn en umin to euareston enwpion autou dia ihsou cristou w h doxa eiV touV aiwnaV twn aiwnwn amhn

Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

parakalw de umaV adelfoi anecesqe tou logou thV paraklhsewV kai gar dia bracewn epesteila umin

And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.

ginwskete ton adelfon timoqeon apolelumenon meq ou ean tacion erchtai oyomai umaV

Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.

aspasasqe pantaV touV hgoumenouV umwn kai pantaV touV agiouV aspazontai umaV oi apo thV italiaV

Salute all them that have the rule over you, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
